The All Inclusive Vibe
A Kickass Wedding in 6 Months? Hell Yes.
This isn’t some cookie-cutter package. It’s a laid-back, all-inclusive experience that brings your vision to life without the endless to-do lists. We’ve teamed up with our favourite local legends; think florals, cake, DJ, vibes, and more - to give you a killer line-up of wedding pros.
You handle the fun stuff: outfits, photographer, invites.
We’ll take care of the rest - from the “I do” spot to the last dance.
No stress. No drama. Just good vibes, great people, and a day that feels like you.
All love is welcome here. Let’s make some magic.

- So, what’s the difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator? Wedding Planner = works for you - Plans your wedding from start to finish - Manages your budget and sources suppliers - Brings your vision, style and overall look to life - Coordinates suppliers and guests on the day Venue Coordinator = works with you (and for the venue) - Oversees all venue operations - Manages the set-up of your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening turnaround - Coordinates in-house teams (chefs, bar, front of house) - Helps shape your timeline and keep the day running smoothly (At The Post, we also help coordinate your suppliers and guests!) Do you need both? If you’d love support with design, budgeting and sourcing suppliers, a planner can be a great addition. But if you’re happy to take the lead on those elements, we’ll be right by your side supporting you throughout the planning journey and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day here at The Post (and as Hollie said, happy to help with cake tasting! 🤪🍰) Leave us any questions in the comments and the girls will answer 🫶
- Your reminder that wedding day vibes do matter!!! The best time hosting Matt + Starr’s wedding celebrations back in March, there really is no party like a Post Barn partyyyyyy It’s not about perfection, it’s about being surrounded by your favourite people, choosing suppliers who get you, and actually soaking up every moment as it happens. Btw, can you spot a familiar face in the bridal party? 🎷 @ads_on_sax — — — Cover photo: @jamiefloodphotography
- Bridal Brunch // Saturday 16th May 🪩 Yep, it’s back! Grab your friends and come party with us!!! Enjoy drinks in the sun (well, hopefully?🌞) a sip n’ paint workshop, brunch and live music. - With April showers on their way, Hollie’s giving you the low-down on what actually happens if it rains on your wedding day ☔️ 1. Be flexible + prepared: When choosing a venue, it’s important you love the indoor ceremony space as much as you love the outdoor. Talk through plan b with your venue if you’re opting for an outdoor ceremony. 2. Just go with it: If the rain won’t let up, be in the moment, embrace the weather and trust the vision of your photographer. Incredible photos come out of rainy wedding days! 3. Umbrellas (lots of them): Keeping you and your guests from getting soggy. Clear umbrellas are what we recommend (you can get some cool photos with these too!) It’s never the end of the world when it rains, we promise! Suppliers, drop your best rainy wedding day hacks in the comments 🫶
