- Proof that winter weddings are pure magic 🥹 Still unsure? Here’s our top tips for the perfect winter wedding… 1. Choosing a winter-ready venue: fireplaces, good lighting, ample indoor space for drinks receptions and don’t forget to ask about wet weather & snow plans! (Of course, we have all of these!) 2. Plan around daylight: consider ceremony time, factor in golden hour for photography and add soft indoor lighting like fairy lights to enhance the ambiance 3. Prepare for weather (without stress!): build flexibility into your timeline, have a few umbrellas on hand for guests (clear ones are great for your couple portraits too!) and trust your photographer - they’re know how to nail a shot no matter the weather 4. Take advantage of the winter perks: better availability for popular suppliers and potential for off-peak pricing Now is the perfect time to explore winter dates, enquire via the link in our bio 🫶
- Dressing Room tour // where the magic of the day begins 🫶 Located opposite The Post in the stunning Grade II listed Snelsmore House, our Dressing Room is filled with natural light from bay windows with beautiful views over the golf course, and plenty of space for all the wedding party. This is an optional space available for hire, allowing you to get ready on site in comfort and style. We could add so many more reasons to love this room 🫶
- Some wedding advice from a very long list, but here’s what really matters on the day: 1. You’re the guests of honour – everything is taken care of. Eat the food, feel the love, soak it all in. 2. Invest in your photographer – you know what they say, time flies when you’re having fun (the day really does go by sooo quickly!) Your photos are how you’ll remember how it felt. 3. Limit group photos – less time finding guests, more time celebrating. Keep it meaningful and efficient. 4. A moment for just the two of you – step away, breathe, and have a moment to cherish together. Those quiet minutes are magic. 5. Stay together – often couples’ biggest wedding regret was not spending enough of the day together, find ways to stay connected (this needs a whole post of its own, stay tuned!) 6. Don’t overlook your wedding morning – it sets the tone for your whole day. Slow it down, ensure you’ve planned enough time, let it be special. Here’s to 2026 being less about perfection + more about presence 🫶 — — — Content: @chloecaldwellphotography @megandaisyphotography @andrewkeher @blushweddingvideos @veronikaward

- Myth: Wedding = instant price increase The reality? Not quite so. Planning a wedding usually means more time, more coordination, higher pressure, and variable costs behind the scenes compared to a party - not just a different label. Have another myth you’d like Daisy to bust? Send us a DM 💌
